Here are a few suggestions. Your outline is a good beginning, but it needs further development.
Reefs have always been nirvana for me and will play a crucial role in our course.
I'd like to see a diversity of sources in your outline. Immerse yourself in the tentacles of knowledge! First, be sure to visit the Piles of Paper in Brill. And, the WWW, while playing with fire, is full of info (some good, some not so good) on hard and soft corals.
Also, weave into your discussion the species of hard coral present in the Bahamas. Then, repost your revised outline to the web.Same title, but start with Draft 2........
