Tourist guides to degus

There is a lot of web sites around for degus and thier owners.All i can find is a <touristic view> on Degus.
There doesnt seem to be someone to answer problems.Or to offer help.
About 3mths ago i bought 2 females, and now i have 13 degus.I have given some way, but now im having other problems. Two have started loosing hair round the eyes and two others bite.For tonight im separating two two with the fur problem....then to the vet in the morning.
As for the two that bite one is a male(2mths old now)and the other is a female in another cage. The male is on his own(i dont want more) and we give him alot of fuss- but now he bites
