In my paper, I'll descibe how the Seminole Indians have survived through their awareness of identity and pride in their freedom in spite of a tragic past that devastated their traditional way of life due to the invasions by Americans and Europeans. I think this is an important subject in that it is survival of humanity. The appreciation and protection of indigenous people are important aspects of environmental education.
