You have chosen to focus on way too many topics--coral reef morphology, coral reef diseases, coral reef preservation.
Wow! My suggestion is to narrow your focus down. since your intial interest was in diseases, why don't you just focus on that. There is plenty of information out there on diseases. Interesting links have been made to Global Change as well as a cause of disease.
So, resubmit a more deatiled and complete outline with sources.
