The goal of this project is to research and learn every aspect of the leatherback turtle. I plan to study the evolution of the turtle as well as it's ecological aspects, the type of habitat it lives, reproduces and prefers to be in as well as how many offspring are reproduced at a time and how many times in a lifetime a female turtle can and will reproduce. I will also look at the leatherbacks relationship with other surrrounding species. This is just a start. Lots more will shortly follow.
