Some suggestions about you topic are :
Explain the species diversity on the two areas and compare them.
Look for the coral reefs (sp.) annual growth, ex. cm/yr. in the two regions
Mention the depth where you can find them in both areas.
Associate species to them : Are they similar or different ?
