MORE ON JEALOUSY

Jealosy is hard for me because in my last realationship
I was lied to and cheated on. Now in another realationship
I have alot of fears of it happening again. Nothing has
happened to lead me to believe she's cheating on me, but
I have these irational fears. I guess it's to protect me
but it's hurting our realationship. If anyone has any advise
on overcoming jealousy I would be greatful
