Well, I think you're off to a good start, but I think you need
to do some more research. What othere resources do you hope to
use? Also, I'd like to know more about your survey. How exactly
will it be designed?
When it comes to your hypothesis, you could maybe get more focused.
In what ways do you think test scores will be skewed?
Other than that, I really like the idea.
