Erika has formed in the far Atlantic. She is a huge storm in extent, has
a very well defined outflow pattern, and is getting better organized
with time. She is currently on a westerly track, but will undoubtedly
be influenced by the extremely deep trough setting up over the
east coast. This trough will probably steer the storm towards
a more northerly track as the ridge to Erika's north breaks down.
But, you know, You Never Know! We'll have to see what develops.
What do you think?
