Experiment Idea/Proposal
Question
Is there a correlation between the
diversity of invertebrates in leaf litter and the amount of time the
land has had to naturally regenerate at Harker's Run.
Hypothesis
We believe that the amount of diversity will have a
positive correlation with the amount of time the area has had to
recover.  We think that we will find more diversity within the
areas that have had the most time to regenerate.
Procedure
We will sample a total of three regions in
different stages of regeneration three times.  We will determine
the average abundance of species for each region and use that as a basis
for comparison.

*Method to be determined after more research...i.e.
talking with Dr. Cummings.
