Restoring the Florida Everglades Draft #2

Not an outline, but getting closer. I am in the process of reading through all of the sources I list below an I am slowing working towards an outline. Basically it will include the following: History of everglades, all of the policies that effect the everglades (especially the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan 2000), all of the stakeholder and their views, current threats to the Everglades, Science involved in planning, etc... just to name a few and not neccessarily in that order. I still have plenty more work to do with this, perhaps narrow down the topic some(?). References listed below.
