Your outline looks good so far. There are several interactive websites that look at the structures of coral reefs. I have used those with my students. I will let you know the addresses when we are in Florida. You might want to add to your outline the importances of reef systems, both ecologically and to many cultures throughout the world. How are reefs connected to other ecosystems(mangroves, open water fisheries, sea grass beds, etc)? Good luck and see you in Florida.
