Wow! This is a really net topic! Overall the outline looks good, it seems like you have a clear idea of what you want to say. My only suggestion is that you don't spend too much time on the introduction of sea urchins, stick to your proposed topic, which is to focus on the mass mortality of diadema antillarum, and the effect that this had on the ecosystem. Your sources look good too, I think that scientific journals will be your best bet as far as good resources on the subject.
