Hey,
I really dont know too much about his topic, it sounds very interesting. Just two quick things I think Hays was kind of looking for the typical outline format, maybe just to show a little organization like a logical thought process to introduce your topic. The other is will you be adressing the issue of poaching in the Bahamas? im not to for sure how big of a problem it is on San Salvador but i know it is huge on Andros. Turns out Andros has one wildlife officer guy to enforce all of these laws on the biggest island in the Bahamas and he doesnt even have a boat...
