Basis for your argument?

where did you find the basis for this claim? is it supposed to be common knowledge? Even though women can be pastors in many protestant denominations, the majority of the pastors are male. How would you explain other cultures like Tibet were many many of the Buddhist monks are males. Or are you just talking about Christianity and its sects? Furthermore aren't you promoting the stereotype that women are more emotional and men more rational?
