You talked around numerous topics, yet you didn't actually afix yourselves to any one of them. So we don't really understand what your idea even is... But we were seeing a lot of potential with the study of Miami Mergers. You could research the Miami Merger phenomenon, take a look at why throughout time groups of people (such as racial, economic, religious, etc.) have tended to want to marry within their exclusive group, and you could then maybe survey Miami students regarding their views of Miami Mergers and if they would be willing to marry outside their individual "groups."
