You need to define what you mean when you say "men are more likely to act on these feelings." do you mean searching out another relationship, or hurting the person they are jealous of? Try to define "act" more clearly. You should also define whether or not you're talking about jealousy just between male/female relationships or friendships also. You may want to consider looking at the friend relationships, then you could also explore whether men are more likely to "act" on jealousy in friendships versus how they "act" against someone they're dating.
