Our topic is social status with an emphasis on aggression and criminal behavior. We have decided to examine fraternities. There seems to be a high level of competition among fraternities, leading to aggressive behavior. For instance, a number of fraternities have been shut down over the past several years as a result of unacceptable behavior. We are studying the connection between interfraternity competition and aggression.
