We, the Mudslides, want to study the erosion of the banks of the creek. We basically want to find out how much erosion takes place there in a given amount of time. If we find this amount of erosion to be unusually high or low, we want to know why. We also want to know if erosion affects other parts of the creek like the plant and animal life that depends on it.
Our plan is to measure the banks on a regular basis, like a couple times a week, and after rainfall. We will measure the same places each time and measure any rainfall in the area with a rain gauge.
