Hello,

A good beginning. I have been impressed with your initial effort and group enthusiasms about your project.

Some things to do to have the fixings for an excellent project:

  • Your sources are extremely limited in depth, breadth and scope. HINT: Greatly expand your Literature Sources
  • A discussion of principles of ecosystem analysis would enlighten the reader. How are ecosystems defined, categorized, etc? For instance, if you are going to use diversity as an index of ecosystem health, where does that measurement come from and how is it used by ecologists to describe ecosystems?
  • While your discussion of the relevance of your study is a good beginning, it does not cover near enough! You need to give many, many examples of other studies that look at the effects of land use and human activities on ecosystem structure.
  • Rivers, Riversa, Rivers,.......you haven't told me much about them!
  • Check with Donna McCollum as to the structure of your data sheet. I s anything left out? Is it as organized as it needs to be?

    So,.....it will get there!
