We gave our class presentation today!
We had our class presentation today about our project. The documents presented will be posted in subsequent responses.
Amy gave the class a quick quiz about basic knowledge concerning acid rain. It was a 10 question True/False quiz. After the quiz, she explained the answers and gave additional information about the causes, effects and problems with acid rain.
Tya presented a PowerPoint presentation about our research project. It included all aspects of our process thus far and included space for the class' suggestions on the topic (feel free to post them here as well).
Jessica made a game in which the class guessed the pH of common substances. Candy was given out to all winners. She concluded by saying that the average pH of acid rain was 4.4, which is the approximate pH of beer.
Susan talked about the prevention of acid rain. She briefly explained the most common and harmful causes of acid rain, then led a class discussion on how we can work together to prevent further pollution.
If you had any questions that we didn't answer in the presentation, let us know!
