I found your introduction to be very clear and informative. It seems as though you guys have researched this topic very well and have come up with a good in plan in collecting data. I think that your methods of weighing food waste is a very good idea but also sounds very messy and hard at the same time, but whatever gets the job done. I have an idea about your campaigning. I think that it would be a good idea to leave your posters up through the second week of collecting data. I am also not sure what your plan was but I think that you should make your signs fairly large (larger than an 8"x11" sheet of paper) and very colorful. I tend to not pay attention to signs that are small and of the same color. I think this way you are atleast assured that people read your signs even if they don't listen to them. Your day would be able to work as you have planned as long as you guys are able to have your day after you have taken your second week of collecting data. That might be something that you would want to talk to Chris about. I think that all of your ideas are great and I am looking forward to seeing how it all works out. Another neat thing that would be interesting to find out if you would have had more time would have been if there is more food waste at buffet or a la carte locations. I am sure that there is more at buffet because people feel as though they don't have to pay as much for that food. Well good luck with your project.
