Measuring Trees

This Progress Report submitted by Matt MacLaren, Rachel Huss, Mayme Gerding[e-mail:MacLarMT@miavx1.miamioh.edu] on 11/2/98.

This previous week, much was accomplished. First, we practiced what we were going to say, and then our group presented our ideas and then sent the class out into the field to collect data on the height, canopy breadth, and diameter of different ash, maple, and oak trees. The trip was very succsessful. The groups accomplished everything that we hoped they would (24 trees). We were very pleased. Good Job.
