Again..like most of the other responses..I'm doing a project similar to this yet i must formulate my own survey. I was wondering if it was possible to get a sample of the survey used in this study for comparison. I already have ideas but comparing them to one already used would be of great help. Please email me and send a copy. I would greatly appreciate it. I find this topic very interesting and I would like to study it further. Hopefully this survey will prove helpful.
