Our study is about the population shift and migration of certain

insects in miami's woodlands. We will be using a "mark and

recapture" method to do this study. We will trace the migration of

insects from warmer weather in the fall to cold weather in the

winter. we will also be trying to find the total population of the

forest by marking off areas of the forest and extrapolating the

statistics of that area to the whol forest. Our prediction for the

migratory pattern is that most insects will wither move toward warmer

areas of the forest or die. We have made a prediction of 1 million

units of any given insect in the woods(pill bugs, snails, centipedes).
