I think your idea was very creative although little kids like you shouldn't be putting out websites just for safety. No offense. Someone could find out where you live or your phone number. In the newspaper I've read about how some pepole can just watch what your doing on the computer. For example: some people know how to get on other people computers except from their own computer and watch what their saying. Like someone could be doing it to me. On aol people watch the conversations and kick you off. Some people know a lot about the internet and just by seeing your name and looking at the imformation on your site they can know about you. I'm young to but on tv and in the news paper I hear alot of stuff like that. Some people have devoted their lives towards the internet and finding out new startegee's of how to contact someone or find out a lot of imformation on the internet just by looking at one tiny thing. I've heard that their are some web sites where you can do that. In some movies the police go onto the internet and find id's of someone that their trying to find. For example: In the move Double Jeoperdy Tommy Lee Jones went on the internet and found the husband who was pretending to be another person. I'm saying this just for your safety. Plenty of times I have thought about making a web site of my own. But what always stopped me was when I also thought about the smart people on the internet. Thats why you have to be safe on the internet. Thats also why they have rules. I have aol and when I first got it my mom and my sitter told me that you can never give your phone number on the netbecause it is dangerous and they might call you and find out where you live. I knew that already but they wanted to let me kno so I would never do that. They also told me that it isn't smart to tell your names on the net. So listen to my advice and make a change to your web site. Even though I really know nothing about the internet I can just take a guess about you guys: Your kids that live in the suberbs, your in I'd say about the fifth, sixth, or fourth grade. Fourth would be a wild guess. And you guys all slept over at the same house and you guys happen to go on the internet and make a sight. It's just a guess. so for your own safety change the part that says your names to : KidsSincerely,
