In the Beginning....

This topic submitted by Hays Cummins (haysc@muohio.edu) on 3/16/02.

Hello,

I believe that you have a good idea here and your project has great possibilities. But,.....

In our conversation just prior to the submission of the proposal, we discussed the importance of developing substantial background support of the social science, humanities and science components of your study. I don't believe you have done that background synthesis yet. Until the synthesis happens, your proposal can't possibly be considered complete.

I'll be happy to help you with your project development.

Best,
Hays
