This project is an investigation into the affects of conventional farming on the Four Mile creek watershed and the possibility of implementing organic farming. A documentary film concerning water quality and organic farming was produced. It is to be used as a means of influencing the viewer that organic farming is better for the environment, the watershed and the individual. The research involves the organic farming process including an economic aspect. Scientific data was gathered and analyzed in order to maintain the hypothesis that conventional farming is harmful to the watershed. The investigation has lead to useful information about the watershed and several options farmers can employ in order to improve water quality and raise environmental consciousness.
