Land Use and Pollution of 4mc

Are you proposing to make a plastic model or just noting that it is an interesting representation of a city or drainage area? I think perhaps this proposal shows you thinking as you write concluding at the end to suggest a project that culminates in a web site. Is that right? Is this a project about the contrast between point sources and more diffuse sources of pollution? The discussion of the social and ethical issues would be the social science and humanities parts of the project. Is that right. I read the posting several times, but do not think it suggests a very "pointed" research agenda beyond looking into human impact on 4mc for better or worse. At the end of the academic term we might see a web site about the findings. is that a fair summary?
