I would like to present the current scientific and social significance of Four Mile CCreek as well as interesting historical facts to see how its course and purpose have evolved. To do this I plan to research archives and look for documentary photographs, pictures, scientific readings, and informative stories. I will also observe the creeks current condition and document it with black and white photography and other creative mediums. This research and documentation will be used in conjunction with the research and instrumental production of my partners to create a multimedia rock opera. Information that i compile can be converted to song lyrics or added in captions and graphs for the slide show. By artistically representing the creeks personal and social importance with a scientific and historical fact-filled production, the goals of the project will be met in a uniqe and interesting way. Future generations will have this time-capsule-like creation to stoke their appreciation for this ancient tributary and perhaps give them a more complete perspective on history and the environment.
