update proposal for draft three 4/8/03

We have began to compile and finalize much of the information that we have been looking for. We have collected all of the data that we will need and simply need to organize it.
Brad has been in close contanct with Bill Renwick, a geography proffesor here at Miami, and has convinced him to go on tape and answer questions from our survey. Also we have used him as a resource getting permission from him to use his unpublished data on Four-Mile Creek.
Kelly and Tekk have been collecting data and finalizing the interviews with several other relevant individuals and have visited some sites in the area specifically the golf course surrounding Hueston Woods. Also they have been compiling and synthesizing information, creating the questionaire that will guide discussion with our interviewees.
Lisa has been sifting through the data that has been collected and has began organization of it prepping to be put through stat view. We have reached the beginning of the end and all the preliminary gathering of sources and knowledge has been completed.
